Founded in 2002 by LACP, the Vision Awards Annual Report Competition is one of America’s most recognized annual report competitions in recognition of outstanding annual reports produced. This year’s competition drew nearly 1,000 organizations representing 25 countries, which made the competition exceptionally intense as less than one out of eight entries received award-level recognition. The judges evaluated the reports with eight categories, namely first impression, report cover, letter to shareholders, report narrative, report financials, creativity, message clarity and information accessibility, to have a comprehensive screening of outstanding annual reports. This year, the Company’s two reports received full score in most of the judging criteria and the highest total score attained is 98 in particular awards.
Apart from winning the awards mentioned above, both reports topped multiple Asia-Pacific and Worldwide rankings in the competition. The Company’s FY2015 Annual Report ranked 66th and 18th in the “Top 100 Annual Reports Worldwide” and “Top 80 Annual Reports in the Asia-Pacific Region” respectively, and was awarded the “Top 50 Chinese Annual Reports of 2015”; meanwhile, the Company’s FY2015 Sustainability Report ranked 83rd and 24th in the “Top 100 Sustainability Reports Worldwide” and “Top 80 Sustainability Reports in the Asia-Pacific Region” respectively, and was honored with the “Top 50 Chinese Sustainability Reports of 2015”.
