Founded in 1993, New World Department Store China Limited (“NWDS” or the “Company”；Hong Kong Stock Code: 825) is the retail flagship of New World Development Company Limited (Hong Kong Stock Code: 17) and has developed itself as one of the largest owners and operators of department stores in Mainland China. The Company was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 12 July 2007.
