(12 April 2012 – Hong Kong) New World Department Store China Limited ("NWDS" or the "Company"; Hong Kong stock code: 825), one of the largest owners and operators of department stores in the PRC, announced to launch joint marketing promotions with Wall Street Institute("WSI") from April to December this year, continuously offering NWDS VIPs with a variety of value-added services.

The Company has always attached great importance to enhancing VIP services. Following the launch of three VIP Clubs including"Smart Lady Club", "Perfect House Wife Club" and "Platinum VIP Club" in 2009, the Company set up the brand new Crystal High Heels Club in 2011. According to characteristics and needs of the club members, the Company continues to organize different interesting and interactive themed VIP club activities to enhance the club members’ satisfaction and sense of superiority. At the same time, the Company also actively carries out activities with cross-industry/credit card institutions, providing exclusive privileges and planning a series of wonderful themed activities for its VIP members, so as to offer them a diversified shopping experience.

As an international renowned brand for adult English instruction, WSI has about 450 centers in 27 countries and regions around the world. In 2011, NWDS had strategically cooperated with WSI for the first time to cater to local people’s enthusiasm in learning English. In which a number of lectures and seminars were held at the stores of NWDS in Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin for the VIP Clubs that has attracted strong interest of the members. In 2012, the two parties worked together again introducing a number of marketing activities, and added Nanjing on top of Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin as the promotion cities. A total of 16 stores of NWDS (named as Ba Li Chun Tian in Shanghai) in four cities will be participated in the event.

From 1 April 2012 to 31 December 2012, WSI will provide various benefits for NWDS VIP members: NWDS VIP members who call the enquiry hotline 4008540085 of WSI can experience three trail lessons with different themes for free (which cost RMB1,200 for each lesson); Those who sign up the WSI courses, will additionally receive a RMB 480 gift voucher of NWDS. Besides, the two parties will continue with the activity held in 2011 by inviting foreign teachers from WSI to stores of NWDS, to arrange a variety of VIP club activities with a fun and interactive approach through building up a bilingual environment,  such as themed lectures about career planning / study abroad / English learning for the "Smart Lady Club" and seminars on parenting / fitness & beauty / international cuisine for members of the "Perfect House Wife Club".
