Customers can witness nearly 100 invaluable pieces of legendary Hollywood celebrities showcasing in 5 cities across China.
NWDS takes a broad view of the world by creating an unparalleled shopping experience to customers. By jointing hands with Ponte 16 Resort, Macau, the “Super Stars’ Memorable Collections Exhibition” will showcase various series of Hollywood’s legendary stars. The exhibits include over 30 valuable pieces of Michael Jackson’s scarce collection, such as a white rhinestone glove which was worn in his first performance of Moonwalk in 1983 and stage costumes for different shows. Besides, a black velvet and white taffeta gown wore by Princess Diana in 1985, a Marilyn Monroe worn dress from the film “River of No Return”, a Elvis Presley signed guitar, a jacket worn by Bruce Lee and a series of stage costumes and props of The Beatles, Madonna and other international stars provided by Julien's Auctions will be displayed in the exhibition. Other rare pieces with signature of the sport superstars include Muhammad Ali’s boxing glove, Michael Jordan’s basketball wear, LeBron James’s shoes.
Beijing Store as the unveiling station of the exhibition has been successfully held on 8 September to 11 September 2011. The second station of the exhibition holds in Shanghai Baoshan Branch Store on 15 September to 18 September. On the first day of Shanghai station, the public are welcomed by the costumes of the famous Hollywood movie “The Green Hornet” and the major supporting role Kato starred by Jay Chow. Long red carpet was laid out for this glamorous occasion with honorable guests shown up and signed on the backdrop, leading the audience into the exhibition hall. At the kick-off ceremony, a torch symbolizing the continuing spirits appeared, implying the success in the Beijing station continues and will be passed on to Shanghai and other tour cities including Tianjin Store, Shenyang Zhonghua Road Branch Store and Harbin .The schedule of exhibition for the 5 cities is as below:

Stores of NWDS will organize a series of activities to tie in with the exhibition. 9 stores in Shanghai have invited a professional cosplay team to perform the “Celebrities Cosplay Show”. Tianjin Store will jointly organize “Superstars Comic Competition” with network media. Harbin Store will arrange a professional team to perform Michael Jackson impersonation.
